Seito was the complete opposite of Minako's enthusiasm, not that that was much of a surprise. Where her costume was bright and vibrant, his was dark and somber, much like his usual expression. His looked like that of a Victorian gentleman, complete was cravat and perfectly pressed vest and slacks, with a silky cape. The vest and interior of the cape where a dark, shimmering silver, while the rest of the costume was black. It looked like whatever fairy had delivered his costume wanted him to look like the perfect gentleman... until he opened his mouth, and letting the fangs be seen.
He was watching Minako from a distance, waiting for the right moment to make his presence known. He was taking his time with her; he wanted to make sure he could keep her entangled in his manipulation for as long as he could... or for good, but he wouldn't get his hopes up with how disastrous Kou had ended up. At least she was lighter than him; much easier for him to lift her up if he needed to...
