What: Well, considering they both arrived in school issued uniforms, there's really only one thing they can't not do - go clothes shopping
Where: Sunrise Spring's own clothing store!
When: August 10, midday.
Warnings: Shouldn't need any.

[Well, if there's one thing they noticed on their exploration of the realms, it's that there's definitely two stores they knew they needed to hit - New Leaf, in Summer Forest, and The Bubble, in Sunrise Spring. They're hitting the latter, of course - with the location of the home they're considering, that one's closest!
... The clothes all seem so fashionable here, though. At least, to Kita - he's used to wearing just... whatever feels right.
It doesn't help that some of the clothes seem to be made for creatures very different from humans; at least he's around the right height for'em.]

... I think we're in the pants-for-tails section; everything I look at has a gaping hole in the back...

No use looking over this way, either. [She's had about the same luck with everything she's picked up honestly, except...] And I'm certain this is the shirts-for-wings section, every one of those I've picked up has slits in the back.

Hah... sadly, I know someone who'd buy tons of shirts like that.

[Doesn't even have wings. Okay, maybe the next aisle...]

Great, normal clothing... minus the shoes down there, unless your feet happen to be huge and reptilian.
It's... so odd seeing clothes made for other species in a normal clothes store.
I don't know if I can get used to this.

I suppose it's something we'll have to get accustomed to, though. I'm certain New Leaf is the same way as well. [She's examining a pair of slacks at the moment before squinting at the tag and scowling.] The sizes run differently here too apparently. [She holds the pants against her side to check the length.]

That's not surprising, considering the sizes they go to.

[Here, he points to a tiny rack of pants that are sitting on top of the rack of normal sized pants.
... He already has two shirts picked out, too.]

... Fair point. [Back to looking. She's getting a few different sizes just in case--there's a fitting room so she'll just try the stuff on there! Once she gets more things to try on.]

[... And now he has quite a fair amount of clothes himself; mostly because he doesn't know how much they'll offer in his size - and species - later on.]

... I hope they start making more outsiders-oriented clothing, considering how many of us there are.
Or, perhaps, I could pick sewing back up...

They probably will, considering how the demand is going up. Though, I'm certain picking up sewing wouldn't hurt... Perhaps I should do so myself, unless Kanji-kun were to show up...

... I'm sure we could find somewhere where we can learn together, Shirogane-kun.

Or we could just teach ourselves. [... Either way, Naoto's seeing a lot of pricked fingers in their future...

She's also being very picky about what kind of clothing she's picking out.]

I'm not sure how far we'd get... but that's something else we could try, I guess.

... I think I have enough for now. I might end up spending everything I have, if I don't stop myself here...
